In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "gan89" means the online betting and casino platform operated at gan89.one, including all associated services, products, and sub-pages accessible through that domain.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile-optimized site, and any future application through which gan89 services are delivered.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%); certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. • Time Limits: Bonus offers are subject to expiry. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit specified, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

• Abuse Prevention: gan89 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reclaim any bonus credited as a result of fraudulent activity, technical error, collusion, or any breach of these Terms. Systematic bonus exploitation — including but not limited to matched-betting strategies applied to bonus wagering — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and pre-match / live wagering conducted through the gan89 Sportsbook, including all markets covering BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, international club football (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), badminton, MotoGP, E-sports, and all other sports listed on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; the odds shown at confirmation are final.
• Bets confirmed after the official start time of an event are void unless the live betting market for that event was explicitly open and accepting wagers at the time of confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being offered (i.e., odds that are manifestly wrong relative to the true market price), gan89 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a wager.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are available on eligible markets. If one selection in an accumulator is void, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining valid selections. The rules for each individual selection within a mix parlay are governed by the rules of the relevant sport and market.
• Event results are determined using official sources — the relevant league body, sports federation, or tournament organizer. For Indonesian domestic football, results are taken from the official BRI Liga 1 / PSSI records.

The following rules apply to all casino games available on the gan89 platform, including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and any other casino product:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gan89 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place wagers, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gan89's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the net amount of funds deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by gan89 is governed by the gan89 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, gan89 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalized promotional communications where you have consented to receive them. Your data is not sold to third parties for independent marketing purposes.

gan89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gan89 will notify registered players via email or via an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

Upon termination for cause (breach of Terms, fraud, prohibited conduct), gan89 may forfeit the account balance in full. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gan89 holds its international operating license. gan89 does not make any representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond its licensed territory.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral institution specified in the gan89 operating license. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights pending the arbitration outcome.
